Pennsylvania Insurance Alliance, Inc. is a Master Agency affiliated with SIAA, Inc.

SIAA is an alliance of Agencies affiliated to expand the impact each would have beyond that which each could achieve individually. Jim Masiello, of Masiello Insurance Agency in New Hampshire, conceptualized this alliance in 1982.

The concept has matured during the years as more Master Agencies have affiliated with the Alliance. Under each Master Agency are Strategic Member Agencies that participate in the benefits of the Alliance.

The most significant benefit has been the respect that Alliance Agencies gain by being a part of SIAA, which now produces more than $4 Billion of annual premium volume. No individual, independent agency of modest size could command such respect and attention.

The respect bestowed upon participating Agencies is demonstrated by the appointments from major carriers, who wish to participate in this remarkable premium volume. These appointments make each Independent Agency that affiliates with the Alliance a significant force in competing for customers who need the coverage offered by the large carriers.

In addition to the carrier appointments that the Master Agency brings to its Strategic Agencies, it acts as a mentor by teaching and enabling the Strategic Member to prosper and grow.
